So Catalcysm has hit and I have gotten Upy to 85 and been gearing him up over the last week or so. Once thing that I find very important for everyone is knowing what buff food and flasks are available and how to farm the mats, especially with high flask prices at the moment. Obviously it’s much better if you have levelled Cooking, Fishing and Alchemy for these but you can always farm mats and ask a guildy to craft/cook them.

Buff Foods

Raid Wide Food – Seafood Magnifique Feast – This is the level 85 Fish Feast you will need 4 x Highland Guppy , 4 x Lavascale Catfish , 4 x Fathom Eel (Update: Note that this is a Guild Reward for catching shed loads of fish so get to it)
