Ok so you’ve downed Heroic Beasts, first things first, someone D/C at the end of the fight a Icehowl has managed to die in a most annoying position. Their is a common bug where you cant skin the corpse and he wont despawn.

Find your local friendly DK and explode that corpse /hi5

Ok now to the actual fight

Things to know;

1. Portals and Valcanos will continue to spawn adds until they are killed.
2. Mistresses also cast “Mistress Kiss” which will lock out the spell school of your next cast for 8 seconds, very painful for healers. Please note this does not include instant casts so in theory druids could continue healing without worrying but I use nourish a fair bit.
3. Infernals will one shot lowly geared clothies
4. Incinerate Flash WILL wipe the raid if the AoE goes off

Ok so the general strat is as follows;

1. Spread out /derrrr
2. Check your healer positions to make sure you have all of the instance covered, good ol’ map ping ftw
3. Have someone designated to calling Legion Flames
4. DO NOT RUN AWAY if you have Incinerate Flesh
5. Portals will always pop in the same location based on the direction the boss is being tanked so dps should get ready to move to portal 1-2 seconds before it spawns
6. Pop 2 minute cooldowns for first portal and burn it down. if you get more than 1 mistress it gets messy and less time on boss
7. All Dps switch to mistress and burn that bitch down If you get affected by Mistress Kiss then make sure you hit a spell from another school
8. Infernals next, all again switch to valcano and burn it down, ideally you’ll only have 3 infernals up when the valcano dies, mark up your focus target and burn it down
9. If you’re focussed by the infernals (when they are flying around as a ball) you have 1-2 seconds where they will float above ground before that land and AoE – MOVE
10. 2nd Portal is next, generally we found that Legion Flame will pop just before portal, if it lands on a dps pop lust for portal and burn it down. If it lands on a healer then hold lust for when mistress is down and all are on boss.
11. Rince and Repeat.

This fight is all about focus and trying to keep things clean. Keep yourself alive.

Quick Resto Druid Tip

I built the following macro to handle Mistress Kiss, I focus Lord Jaraxxus and use this;

/cast War Stomp
/cast [target=focus] Starfire

War stomp worked for me and has the added benefit of being somewhat useful if a mistress is near you

You do not need to complete the cast so you can hit this and jump/switch back into form.
