Macro: Druid Form Changerers

Well in 3.2 Bliz have fixed the druid form change issues in areas such as Dal so I thought I would paste my little Form Changerers (yes I know I have an extra ‘er’, I’m trying to be funny… failed?)

Travelling

#showtooltip
/cast [swimming] Aquatic Form; [flyable,nocombat,outdoors,nomod] Swift Flight Form; [outdoors,nocombat,nomod] Travel Form; [mod]Cat Form; Cat Form

In summary;

  • If you’re swimming go Seal
  • If you’re in a flyable zone, outdoors and no modifier is active go birdie
  • If you’re outdoors, out of combat and no modifier is active so fast kitty
  • If you’re holding mod down or no other conditions are met go dps kitty

Spec Forms & Break CC

#showtooltip
/cancelform
/stopmacro [mod]
/cast [spec:1] Tree of Life ;[spec:2] Moonkin Form

In summary;

  • Cancel my current form
  • If a modifier is active stop the macro (used to go back to cow form)
  • If Spec 1 is active use Tree… really wish they updated the skins for tree :’(
  • If Spec 2 is active use Owl

The thumb for this post is my DPS kitty with skin changes :D

    For anyone with an aversion to macros, look into the addon "Squire" from curse.com, which will handle (most) of the above. It may not handle the spec form section, however. Nice tips!
